Pierfranco Ferronato: Chief Architect and Soluta.Net founder. He has 20 years of experience in all aspects of distributed systems development and he is internationally recognized as an expert in large-scale architectures and model driven architecture. Dr. Ferronato has provided technical and architectural leadership for several European funder projects (FP5, FP6 and FP7) using advanced  modelling and distributed technologies, component-based development and SOA in a number of domains, including telco, pharmaceutical, healthcare, CRM, EAI and tourism. He is an active member at the OMG and a frequent speaker at conferences worldwide. He maintains the Soluta.Net blog.

Davide Bordin: Chief Executive Officer. Former and current experiences let him develop competences on departments/company management throughout the following managerial issues:

• Cross-industry (Electrical/Electronic, Wine, Information Technology) professional experience and competence;
• Strategy and goal definition in compliance with the primary Stakeholders' needs;
• Personal belief on regarding HR as a competitive advantage to reach primary stakeholders' objectives;
• Personal belief on how to empower the corporate assets by managing Human Resources, throughout mentoring activities;
• Establishes partnership and external collaborations focused on the concept of network integration acting as a mediator role;

• He owns a Master in Business Administration.

Michael Guttman: Senior EA Architect, TheVoyantGroup a Soluta Solutions Partner. He has impressive 30+-years track record delivering building innovative solutions and providing professional services for both Global 1000 clients and high-technology startups. He is widely considered to be an industry visionary in the areas of IT strategic planning, enterprise architecture, and software solution delivery processes. Mr. Guttman is currently collaborating as a senior archiect at Soluta.Net. Soluta.Net services a wide range of clients in a wide range of industries, including banking services, health care, telecoms, software, and product marketing in Europe and North America.

Paolo Miotti: Chief Consultant, He is a Senior Software & Business Architect, he has extensive modelling experience in the Industry. He has been involved for almost 20 years in the design and development of enterprise distributed systems and he has provided guidance for state of the art software projects to several international enterprises in several domains such as banking, insurance and manufacturing. He has strong skills also in Technical Leading, Project Management, Team Building and Relationships.

Elia Conchione: Technical Coordinator. He is an expert about banks, where he led and coordinated the development of the back-end systems, with a strict policy about simplicity, convenience and maintenance times without ever forgetting safety enforcement. In particular, Elia Conchione is proud of the Trading system on options he implemented, which provides notable features. Among the others: delta, gamma, theta, vega, volatility, rho, Monte Carlo method to supplement hedging. Currently he coordinates the implementation of European projects and collects all reports about Technical activities regarding software development.

Mario Coluzzi: Experienced Configuration and Change Management professional, with competencies and capability to streamline state-of-the-art assorted CM and CMDBs technologies in  eterogeneous and  homogeneous environments.
Ability to aggregate collaborative business plan to facilitate efficiency performance and deploy matrixes aimed to monitor business continuity in operational processes. Engineered strategic convergence aimed to B2B and B2C.
Competences in reviewing business models and brainstorming best practices, techniques, methods and processes intended to deploy effective organizational innovations and processes aimed to excel procedural techniques. Capable to communicate to all levels and positively influence people. Mentor and guide both to colleagues and to customers.
