The ideal candidate is master-degree level in IT or related field and has a minimum of 5 years experience as a project leader working on software development projects, also with experience as as senior software developer using UML tools and metamodel-based methods. Moreover, the candidate should have knowledge and experience on project management methods such as Agile with experience as a "Hands on" team leader.
